The Role:


We are seeking a talented Senior Workplace Interior Designer with a proven track record in corporate and workplace design. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional conceptual, design, and presentation skills, alongside experience in client-facing roles and delivering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and present tender proposals and related materials. 
  • Support or lead client presentations. 
  • Develop and present design concepts with the team. 
  • Gather client briefs and prepare related documentation. 
  • Produce design and technical information aligned with budget and timeline. 
  • Specify materials, finishes, and furnishings, considering sustainability and maintenance. 
  • Attend client and project meetings; conduct site reviews as needed. 
  • Support project handover and report regularly to the Project Lead. 

Skills & Experience: 

  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture. 
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience. 
  • Strong design and technical knowledge, including furniture and material specification. 
  • Proficient in Revit (assessment required); Adobe Creative Suite also needed. 
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards. 
  • Strong communication, client management, and team leadership skills. 
  • Experience in fast-paced projects and mentoring junior team members. 
  • Budget and time management awareness is a plus.

A leading Workplace Design & Build company is seeking a Technical Designer / CAD Technician on a fixed-term contract to join their highly skilled team in London. Our client specializes in interior projects for some of the UK’s most prominent companies, handling a diverse range of CAT A & CAT B projects.

 

As the Technical Designer / CAD Technician, you should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT, with a background in commercial workplace interior fit-out projects.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Designer on UK-based projects.
  • Proven experience in delivering drawings and specifications as part of a design team.
  • Preferred experience in D&B, Commercial, or Traditional Workplace projects; experience working under tight, fast-paced deadlines is a must.
  • Willingness to focus primarily on technical design tasks.
