• Minimum 4 years FF&E experience
• Skilled in creating conceptual designs with a focus on colour and texture

The role duties:

• Prepare and proof read reports and proposals
• Assist operations coordinator with logistics and project personnel
• Record and maintain equipment and documentation such as CV’s, qualification certificates and create personnel files
• Take care of travel arrangements for contractors and staff such as hotel bookings, flights and other relevant information and forms
• Update staff schedules and project information and prepare contract templates for review by project managers

The ideal Project Manager for this role would have experience of dealing with large, complex city centre developments.

The requirements & experience

• Project Management experience / employers representative
• Experience of working with complex Client stakeholder arrangements.
• Experience of administering the JCT Contract and ideally other complex legal agreements.

‍Typical experience and responsibilities

• Regularly arranging and chairing the necessary meet­ings required to manage the contractual side such as: Progress Meetings, Design Release information meet­ings, Early Warning meetings, Risk Review meetings, Cost Control meetings, IRS Review meetings, Variation Review Meetings and Client Update meetings.
• Managing the flow of design information to the Con­tractor.
• Managing the Contract Programme with the Con­tractor and monitoring progress made against the pro­gramme
• Managing the “look ahead” process to foresee up and coming issues through information flow, resources or material issues.
• Managing the “Big Issues” to prevent delay.
• Managing the Interim Valuation process.
