Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Architects and senior team members on packages and deliverables
  • Assist in developing drawings, models, reports, and visual presentations
  • Participate in internal meetings, design workshops, and external coordination sessions
  • Contribute to technical documentation including drawings, schedules, and specifications
  • Coordinate with BIM teams and work within pre-defined project workflows
  • Stay up to date with UK building regulations, sustainability targets, and planning policies
  • Contribute to presentations, competition bids, and industry-facing events

Key Requirements:

  • Part II qualification or equivalent architectural degree
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit (required), AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent design sensibility and ability to communicate graphically
  • Eagerness to learn and develop across technical, design, and coordination areas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with RIBA work stages and basic understanding of UK building regulations

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary + discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working (2-3 days/week in-office)
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with tenure
  • Additional paid leave between Christmas and New Year
  • Private healthcare (after qualifying period)
  • Pension scheme with employer contributions
  • Reimbursement of ARB/RIBA subscriptions
  • Annual training allowance and access to CPD resources
  • Paid overtime and covered site visit expenses
  • Friendly, sociable studio culture with Thursday drinks and monthly team events

If you’re a driven and ambitious Architectural Assistant ready to elevate your career within a supportive and design-focused studio, we’d love to hear from you.
