About the Role:

You will contribute to the design management and construction documentation of high-rise and large-scale office and residential projects, working collaboratively with design teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals.
• Produce drawings for tender and construction phases.
• Develop detailed schedules of materials and finishes.
• Coordinate with primary MEP and Structural Consultants.
• Client liaison and managing other design team members (for Executive Delivery Architects).

The Role

You will join a collaborative team delivering complex healthcare projects, contributing to the development of highly technical and carefully coordinated building designs.

The role will focus on supporting the delivery of technical design information using BIM workflows, working closely with architects, consultants and project teams to develop robust, compliant design solutions.
