About the Role:
Our client, an established London-based architectural firm with a long standing focus on infrastructure, transport, and civic design is looking for a technically capable and well-rounded Architect to join its growing delivery team. Working across RIBA Stages 0–7, the successful candidate will contribute to a range of design and coordination responsibilities, supporting complex aviation, transport, sciences or infrastructural projects at various scales.
The firm offers a supportive, collaborative culture with career development pathways. Hybrid working is offered, with a minimum of 2 days/week in-office required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery across all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
- Produce high-quality drawing packages, reports, and specifications
- Participate in design reviews, workshops, and coordination meetings
- Liaise with consultants and integrate technical inputs into the design
- Prepare planning and building control submissions
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and client standards
- Mentor junior team members and support internal team organisation
Key Requirements:
- ARB registered with 3–5 years post-Part III experience
- Strong experience delivering packages on complex or large-scale projects
- Solid working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning systems
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD essential
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Sector experience in infrastructure, aviation, life science or transport preferred
