They are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover interior design for property developers, show homes, and furnishing packages. This is a hands-on, efficiency-focused role, requiring someone who can work quickly, handle multiple projects, and translate sales briefs into market-ready interiors.

 

You will work closely with the Sales Director and oversee design projects from start to finish, selecting furniture from in-house collections to create tailored packages for residential apartments and communal areas. You will also guide and oversee a junior designer, ensuring high-quality execution across all projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage furniture and interior schemes for show homes, apartments, and communal spaces.
  • Take briefs from the sales team and translate them into fully furnished interior designs.
  • Select FF&E from in-house specifications to create cohesive, market-ready interiors.
  • Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring efficiency and high-quality execution.
  • Oversee and guide a junior designer, providing leadership within a small team.
  • Conduct site visits and installations, ensuring seamless project delivery.  

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Ideally 5+years’ experience in show home design, FF&E, property development, or furnishing packages.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-turnover interior design - not suited for high-end conceptual designers.
  • Strong understanding of FF&E, property staging, and developer-led design.
  • Confident managing projects, liaising with clients, and overseeing junior team members.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and PowerPoint (InDesign knowledge is a plus).
  • Must have a car due to the office location and the need for frequent site visits.
