London | Global Design Practice | Workplace Interiors
We’re partnered with a highly regarded international design practice with a strong reputation across architecture, interiors, urban design, and masterplanning. With a global footprint and a reputation for delivering innovative workplace environments, they are looking to hire an Intermediate Interior Designer to join their London studio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer with strong corporate interiors/workplace experience who can contribute creatively across all stages of a project — from concept through to completion.
The Role
Working closely with senior designers and project leads, you’ll help deliver high-quality workplace interior projects, supporting both the creative and technical aspects of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of tender proposals and presentation materials
- Assist with client presentations and pitches
- Develop design concepts, layouts, finishes, materials, and furniture selections
- Prepare design and production information in line with project programmes
- Research and specify products, materials, and furniture solutions
- Attend client meetings and project coordination meetings
- Assist with site reviews during construction stages
- Support project handovers and ensure smooth delivery
- Communicate project updates and challenges to senior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong workplace/corporate interiors project experience
- Excellent design and conceptual skills
- Strong presentation and client-facing abilities
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of furniture systems, materials, and finishes
- Understanding of UK building regulations and relevant legislation
- Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to grow within a leading studio
