About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join a well-established architectural practice. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working and excellent opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage BIM models using Revit.
  • Support project teams in implementing BIM processes and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and external consultants.
  • Assist with maintaining project documentation in line with industry standards.
  • Contribute to continuous  improvement of BIM workflows within the practice.

About You

  • Proficient in Revit with demonstrable project experience.
  • Solid understanding of BIM  processes within architectural or construction environments.
  • Familiarity with BS EN ISO 19650 standards (desirable but not essential).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable liaising with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate Revit models across multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
  • Run clash detection, QA checks, and resolve coordination issues.
