They are now looking for an experienced and motivated BIM Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a fixed term contract of 6 months, with a possibility of permanent thereafter. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes for the agency’s design projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure the efficient flow of information throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Provide technical support and guidance in the implementation of BIM processes across various platforms and software.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project-specific BIM standards.
• Coordinate the integration of BIM data across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a BIM coordination role, ideally within the design or construction sector.
• Strong working knowledge of BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with professionals from different disciplines.
