We are looking for an Architect to be a part of a World Architecture Top 100 practice renowned for their excellence in architecture and heritage consultancy. You would be joining a large team of a talented workforce of 250 people, with studios across England, Australia and Hong Kong.

• Part 3 qualified and have at least 2-4 years working as a Project Architect for a UK based practice or equivalent professional qualification.
• Project management and contract administration skills
• Have excellent technical skills and be a proficient Revit user.
• Conservation experience

• Leadership experience managing a small to medium sized team
• Well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Proven experience working on all RIBA stages

You will be working on some of the best hospitality schemes in the UK on high-end luxury projects for very prestigious clients in prime London locations. You will be producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed packages using Revit and be assigned on projects mainly across Riba stages 3-5 to begin with.

Level of Experience:

• Experienced architect with 2+ years post-qualification experience

• MEP / Structures coordination experience essential
• Heritage/ direct  architectural experience is essential as the heritage aspects of the project needs to be understood and championed.
• Ability to use Autodesk Revit to a site capacity is essential, as the package and project is set up in Revit.

• Direct liaison with Structures and MEP Lead, Design Team, Contractors etc
• Key interface and coordination with MEP, Structure & Enabling Structures Works Package Contractors
• Coordination of MEP services, Structure and BWICs

• Attendance at site coordination meetings
