Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience leading projects from feasibility to delivery.  
• Proficiency in Revit and strong design skills.  
• Commercial awareness and understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations.  
• Experience conducting design and technical reviews.  
• Proficient in project running and delivery.  
• Strong organisational and planning skills.  
• Ability to work effectively in a team.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
