Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery across RIBA Stages 4–6

About the Role

The Senior Architectural Technologist will play a key role in leading projects through RIBA Stages 4–6, focusing on the delivery of large-scale care and supported living schemes. • Preferably with a background in multi-residential design and delivery, particularly within the UK context, but open to hospitality, commercial & large-Scale experience.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, with strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards.
• Confident in technical detailing, UK building regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project packages.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
