About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the London team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and delivery across RIBA Stages 4–6
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve programme and quality targets
  • Oversee the production of detailed Revit and AutoCAD drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and other statutory standards
  • Act as Lead Designer / Principal Designer on projects, coordinating design information across teams
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to professional development and studio knowledge
  • Participate  in QA reviews, site inspections, and technical workshops

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or Architecture
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a UK-based practice
  • Strong technical knowledge with a focus on construction detailing and project delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act, design compliance, and risk management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects through detailed and technical stages

  • Oversee tender and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with building regulations and CDM requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in architectural practice, ideally within the care or residential sectors

  • Demonstrable experience delivering RIBA Stages 4–6
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with client-facing confidence
  • Chartered status (MCIAT) desirable but not essential
