Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and site issues
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and statutory requirements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ UK practice experience,with a proven track record in technical delivery
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience on commercial,residential, or workplace schemes
• Proficiency in Revit (essential) and BIM-based project delivery
• Strong understanding of UK planning, building control, and construction methodologies
• Excellent technical detailing skills, particularly on complex, serviced projects
• Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple project deadlines
• Strong communication skills, with confidence liaising with clients and consultants
• Longevity and consistency in previous roles will be valued

The studio is now actively seeking a talented Architectural Technologist or Technically-minded Architect with 3 – 10 years of experience to join their growing technical team. Candidates with strong Revit proficiency and a focus on design development and construction stages will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong Revit proficiency is essential; AutoCAD experience is also beneficial
• In-depth knowledge of UK construction methodology and technical detailing
• Comfortable working across Stage 4+ (technical design through delivery) but not excluding final design development
• Experience coordinating consultant teams and managing drawing workflows
• Candidates may be from an architectural or technologist background (ARB, CIAT, or equivalent)

• CIAT registered or working towards Chartered status preferred. Technicians with strong technical experience will be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural practice, including UK-based project delivery
• While international experience is welcomed, UK experience is preferred.
• Preferably with a background in multi-residential design and delivery, particularly within the UK context, but open to hospitality, commercial & large-Scale experience.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, with strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards.
• Confident in technical detailing, UK building regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project packages.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A self-starter, able to take initiative and drive technical quality across the team.
