Our client is a highly respected international architecture practice with a long-established reputation for delivering complex, high-profile Data Centre projects across the UK and Europe. With studios in London and across mainland Europe, the practice continues to expand its international portfolio and is looking to appoint an experienced Architect to join its growing London team.

The Role

As an Architect within the Data Centre team, you will take ownership of projects from design through to delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and multi-disciplinary teams across both UK and international commissions.

This position offers the opportunity to lead your own projects while contributing to some of the industry's most prestigious and technically sophisticated developments. You'll be trusted to make decisions, build strong client relationships and help drive project success within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and technical delivery of Data Centre projects across multiple RIBA stages.
  • Develop and coordinate design solutions with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Produce and review high-quality technical documentation and drawing packages.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Attend client meetings and represent the practice in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Mentor junior team members where appropriate and contribute to knowledge sharing across the studio.
  • Maintain high standards of technical design, BIM coordination and project delivery.

About You

  • Qualified Architect with strong post-Part 3 experience.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering Data Centre projects is essential.
  • Strong technical design and project delivery skills across multiple RIBA stages.
  • Proficient in Revit with experience working within BIM environments.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Confident managing client relationships and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
