About the Role

The practice is seeking an Architect with approximately 3–4 years post-Part 3 experience to join their growing London team. This role sits within their front-end design group, focusing on early-stage feasibility, concept design, and planning work for major residential and hotel schemes.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for a confident designer with strong conceptual and analytical skills, capable of developing early-stage ideas into coherent design proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead on RIBA Stages 0–3 for residential and hotel projects
  • Develop feasibility studies, concept models, and design presentations
  • Produce design reports and planning documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants during early design phases
  • Work closely with senior architects and associates on project strategy and concept development
  • Maintain high design standards and project efficiency within Revit workflows

Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect with 3–4 years post-Part 3 experience
  • Experience working on large-scale residential or hotel developments
  • Strong design, visualisation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite desirable
  • Excellent presentation and coordination ability
  • Available immediately or at short notice (preferred)
  • Must have existing right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Technical Architect, Architectural Assistant,or Technologist with 7–10 years’ professional experience and strong RIBA Stage 4–5 knowledge. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical and procedural aspects of architecture and thrives on helping others achieve excellence.

You’ll collaborate across multiple design teams, reviewing projects, providing guidance on detailing and specification, and contributing to in-house CPDs and technical research. This is not a design role, but rather an opportunity to shape best practice within one of London’s most respected studios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide design teams with expert advice on construction techniques, materials,  and regulations
  • Assist in the preparation and review of project specifications and technical documentation
  • Undertake technical research to support design innovation and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to in-house CPD sessions, knowledge sharing, and mentoring
  • Review project compliance against Building Regulations and standards
  • Support quality assurance, risk management, and professional best practice procedures
