About the Role:

Our client, an established London-based architectural firm with a long standing focus on infrastructure, transport, and civic design is looking for a technically capable and well-rounded Architect to join its growing delivery team. Working across RIBA Stages 0–7, the successful candidate will contribute to a range of design and coordination responsibilities, supporting complex aviation, transport, sciences or infrastructural projects at various scales.

The firm offers a supportive, collaborative culture with career development pathways. Hybrid working is offered, with a minimum of 2 days/week in-office required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project delivery across all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
  • Produce high-quality drawing packages, reports, and specifications
  • Participate in design reviews, workshops, and coordination meetings
  • Liaise with consultants and integrate technical inputs into the design
  • Prepare planning and building control submissions
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and client standards
  • Mentor junior team members and support internal team organisation

       

 Key Requirements:

  • ARB registered with 3–5 years post-Part III experience
  • Strong experience delivering packages on complex or large-scale projects
  • Solid working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning systems
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD essential
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Sector experience in infrastructure, aviation, life science or transport preferred

  • Assist in the delivery of data centre projects from technical design through to completion.
