The Role
You will be involved in the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5, contributing to the technical design and construction phases of high-profile schemes. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior team members while taking increasing ownership of project packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to project delivery across Stages 3–5 (Developed Design to Construction)
- Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinated packages using Revit
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist in ensuring design intent is maintained through construction
- Support project coordination and technical resolution on live projects
Key Requirements
- Part 3 qualified Architect with ARB or RIBA registration
- 1–2 years post-qualification experience in practice
- Strong experience working on technical and delivery stages (3–5)
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
