We’re working with a well-established architecture practice who is growing their in-house BIM team and have a requirement for BIM Technician with strong Revit skills to join their growing team. This is a role for someone who is carving out a career in BIM Coordination and BIM Management within creative sector.
Role Overview:
Reporting to Head of BIM as a BIM Technician, you will support project teams in the creation, coordination, and management of BIM models across all RIBA stages. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in project documentation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and managing Revit models across multiple project stages
- Collaborate with architects, technologists, and consultants to ensure accurate BIM coordination
- Maintain project model standards in line with office BIM protocols and industry requirements
- Support BIM documentation and data exchange processes
- Troubleshoot model issues and provide Revit support to the team
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Revit (with experience in live project environments)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM or architectural technician experience
- Understanding of BIM workflows and standards (e.g. ISO 19650, COBie)
- Experience working in architecture, engineering, or construction environments
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Dynamo is a bonus
