We are looking for a talented Midweight Interior Designer with a strong hospitality background and a passion for creating distinctive, memorable spaces.

‍

Joining a highly creative, concept and design-led studio with projects in both UK and Internationally, you will work across exciting hospitality projects with a particular focus on developing strong and compelling design concepts.

‍

The ideal candidate will be creative, confident and highly organised, with the ability to move comfortably between big-picture design thinking and detailed project delivery. You will have excellent visual communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with clients, consultants and project teams.

‍

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts, design narratives, mood boards and client presentations.
  • Produce spatial layouts, furniture plans and detailed design development.
  • Develop material, finishes, FF&E and bespoke furniture packages.
  • Research and source materials, products and suppliers.
  • Prepare specifications, schedules and design documentation.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
  • Support projects through procurement, construction and installation, including site involvement.
  • Contribute creatively across multiple projects within a fast-paced studio environment.

About You

  • 5+  years’ professional interior design experience, with a strong hospitality portfolio.
  • Experience across F&B, hotels and/or wider hospitality environments.
  • Strong concept and design development skills.
  • Excellent presentation and visual communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Confident communicating with clients and project teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with SketchUp, AI visualisation and FF&E procurement would be advantageous.
  • International  and/or luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who wants to work within a creative, design-led studio on distinctive, high-profile hospitality projects, with genuine scope to contribute creatively and develop their career.
