This role is focused on technical delivery within the Commercial team.
The Role
Our client is looking for an Architect with around 3+years' UK post-Part 3 experience to join its Commercial team.
This role is ideally suited to someone with strong technical delivery experience who enjoys producing coordinated technical packages, working closely with consultants and supporting projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial and hospitality projects through the technical stages
- Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages in Revit
- Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical design issues
- Work closely with project teams, clients and contractors
- Support project delivery through construction
Key Requirements
- ARB Registered Architect
- Approximately 3+ years' UK post-Part 3 experience
- Strong experience on commercial and/or hospitality projects
- Excellent technical delivery experience from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
