The practice is known for its collaborative studio environment, design-led approach and technically robust project delivery. Working closely with clients, local authorities and consultants, the team delivers schemes on strategically significant sites across the UK.
The Role
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an Architect to join their London studio.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of residential mixed-use projects, supporting schemes from planning and design development through to technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality architectural design across multiple project stages
- Produce planning packages and technical information
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants and local authorities
- Support project delivery through design development and construction
- Contribute to a collaborative and design-focused studio environment
Key Requirements
- ARB-registered Architect (min. 4 years PQE)
- Strong UK residential and mixed-use experience
- Experience across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Excellent technical and detailing skills
- Strong knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations
- Revit proficiency (essential)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
