Bid Coordinator

On behalf of our client, a world-renowned architectural firm with an impressive portfolio and an exceptional leadership team, we are recruiting for a talented Bid Coordinator to join their thriving London studio.

Located in the heart of Central London, this prestigious practice is looking to expand its dynamic and collaborative Bid team. As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development of high-quality submissions and marketing collateral, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating and preparing compelling bid and proposal documents
• Drafting, editing, and organising marketing materials and content
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure deadlines and brand standards are met
• Supporting business development initiatives through polished and strategic communications

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for architecture and a flair for producing impactful content. You'll be joining a creative and fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly support the firm’s continued success on major global projects.  To be shortlisted, you will need to have Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.  Knowledge of Illustrator would be advantageous.
