A leading AJ100 architectural practice is seeking a Architectural Technologist to join their London studio, leading residential and mixed-use projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
About the Role
- Lead detailed working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, schedules, details).
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design packages with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Oversee projects through RIBA Stages 4–6, mainly residential and commercial.
- Mentor junior staff while working autonomously.
About You
- Strong technical skills on medium to large-scale projects (residential/mixed-use preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC guidance, and housing standards.
- Proven experience leading teams and coordinating complex projects (£5m+ preferred).
- Advanced technical detailing and understanding of contemporary construction methods.
