About the Role:
Our client, a respected and award-winning architecture practice of around 30 people, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in northwest London.
The studio is known for its design-led portfolio across cultural, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects in the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the studio’s profile, supporting the architectural team with portfolio preparation, managing communications, and helping define the practice’s voice within the architectural industry.
The role is fully office-based. The practice is well regarded within the industry and offers the opportunity to take on a high-profile marketing position within a collaborative, design-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage press engagement and client-facing communications.
- Lead on the preparation of portfolios, presentations, and award submissions.
- Develop content for social media platforms, newsletters, and the practice website.
- Identify speaking, exhibition, and publication opportunities for the studio.
- Establish and maintain brand identity and graphic standards.
- Support bid and business development activities with senior team members.
- Work directly with senior leadership on special projects, such as research and publications.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role within an architectural or design practice (mandatory).
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Confident engaging with press and potential clients.
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills.
- Based in London, with the ability to work fully in-office.
