A small, creative London-based architecture studio (20-strong) is looking for a Technical Lead to support delivery on a low-rise, multi-unit residential project. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to take ownership of technical coordination, design detailing, and Revit management across all stages.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical development and detailing for low-rise residential schemes.
- Support project delivery with high-quality Revit drawings and coordinated design information.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and the in-house team to resolve design and technical challenges.
- Contribute to smaller, local London-based projects, applying technical expertise across the portfolio.
