They are known for professionalism, technical excellence and a collaborative, detail-driven approach from concept through to completion.

This is a part-time role with flexible working hours, ideal for an architect seeking autonomy and balance. The client is happy to accommodate school runs and personal commitments, provided project deadlines and coordination requirements are met.

  • Prepare subcontractor and consultant enquiries
  • Provide ongoing drawing support during construction, including variations
  • Produce feasibility and progress drawings where required

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and planning
  • Experience working on conservation area projects
  • Proficiency in CAD (VectorWorks preferred; AutoCAD compatible)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Desirable
