About the Role

Our client is a design-led architecture studio with offices in London and the Middle-East, known for delivering impactful, high-end luxury developments across residential, hospitality, commercial and retail sectors, blending global perspective with regional cultural context.

This is a permanent role within a growing BIM team, focused on ensuring well-structured, coordinated digital models across all project stages. The role centres on model federation, clash detection and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) compliance, working closely with architects, consultants and the wider BIM team.

Reporting to the Senior BIM Coordinator / Project BIM Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, high standards of documentation, and supporting Modellers where needed during critical project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Federate and manage multi-disciplinary models to support project coordination
  • Lead clash detection processes and produce coordination reports (e.g. via Navisworks)
  • Maintain issue logs and facilitate resolution with consultants and project teams
  • Conduct regular model audits, ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Support drawing production, Revit family management and content library standards
  • Liaise with project teams and consultants to ensure smooth BIM coordination

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' BIM experience within an architectural practice
  • Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural modelling, documentation and coordination
  • Experience using Navisworks or similar for model coordination and clash detection
  • Understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g. BS 1192, ISO 19650)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Gulf region project experience desirable, not essential

Why Join?

  • Our client offers a collaborative, design-led environment with genuine opportunity to shape architecture across the Middle East.
  • Full-time, office-based with 1 day WFH
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Medicash health benefits (rolling out shortly)
  • Collaborative, values-led studio culture
  • Opportunity to work across high-end residential, hospitality, commercial and retail projects
