About the Role:

We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital design strategy across multiple studios. This is a senior role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards, ensuring consistent delivery across large-scale, technically complex UK projects in residential, healthcare, transport, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM protocols, workflows, and templates in line with ISO 19650.
  • Lead BIM execution plans (BEPs) across projects and offices.
  • Manage model audits, clash detection, and data integrity reviews.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and technical support for project teams.
  • Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth information exchange.
  • Research and introduce new BIM tools and digital processes to improve workflows.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM Coordinator in architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit; skilled with Navisworks and BIM 360.
  • Strong knowledge of UK BIM standards (ISO 19650 essential).
  • Track record of delivering complex projects using BIM workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with an innovative approach to digital delivery.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible location across four offices
  • Hybrid working policy (2 days WFH)
  • Professional memberships and CPD costs covered
  • Collaborative and supportive environment with strong career progression opportunities

Our client fosters a progressive and collaborative working culture, with a strong emphasis on digital innovation, professional growth, and design quality. Their studios operate as part of a wider national network, offering opportunities to contribute to large-scale, complex projects while developing skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
