The Role
Our client is looking for a Part III Project Architect to join their Hospitality team as a project runner, with strong hospitality and interior design fit-out experience. This is a client-facing role, leading projects from planning through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Run hospitality and interior fit-out projects from planning through to delivery
- Lead client and project team meetings with confidence
- Work across all RIBA work stages 1–6, including planning, with particular focus on Stages 3–5
- Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years' post-qualification experience
- Proven project-running experience, with hospitality and interior design fit-out background
- Client-facing, with strong communication skills
- Experience across all work stages 1–6, including planning (Stages 3–5 particularly important)
- Confident leading client and project team meetings
