Our Client
Long term established, highly successful design studio based in London Bridge with niche projects, including a 1 billion Euro project for well known entertainment brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mid-weight level involvement in projects, adhering to timelines and budgets
- Attend project/client meetings to receive project briefs
- Procure FF&E products as required
- Mentor and support Junior FF&E Designers
- Participate in project meetings, providing input on concept development and suggesting suitable finishes and fabrics
- Prepare FF&E presentations and packs for client meetings under the guidance of the Senior FF&E Designer.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, suggest new contacts, and stay informed about the latest FF&E advancements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum 4 years FF&E experience
- Skilled in creating conceptual designs with a focus on colour and texture
- Luxury hospitality or F&B project experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and possibly EstiMac or EstiPC
- Strong understanding of FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, detailing, and scheduling
- Some experience using CAD software
- Proven track record in producing FF&E specifications
- Ability to include costings, materials, finishes, and sanitary schedules in the specifications
