What is your role:

The role is for a Project Architect leading medium to large scale projects and providing support leading on the design and delivery of projects.

‍

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design team on project delivery, through all stages of a project. You will work to ensure a high quality service and the best design and technical solution is achieved for the client. You will have the opportunity to enhance your design and technical skills and all-round knowledge. You will be offered support and guidance in your role and be given the chance to achieve genuine career development.

What makes you good at your job:

• You have a minimum of three years post-Part 3 professional experience
• You have a proven track record of leadership
• You have experience of UK commercial work preferential
• You have an appetite to work within an ambitious design-led creative process
• You have an interest and enthusiasm for making and construction
• You have the ability to work as part of a team but also with self-direction and initiative, displaying a strong commitment to the job
• You’re a skilled critical thinker and problem solver
• You have excellent drafting skills, Revit preferential but not essential
• You have meticulous attention to detail in design and construction
• You have proven ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors and consultants
• You have outstanding written, organisational and interpersonal skills
• You have excellent time management skills – the ability to work to programme and deadlines is essential
• You have highly proficient English language skills in verbal communication, reading and writing
• You have a willingness to partake and contribute to our vibrant studio
