About the Organisation

Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking regeneration and development company leading one of London’s most ambitious growth and transformation programmes. Over the next five years, they will deliver around £1 billion of capital projects, ranging from new homes and schools to major infrastructure works.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing organisation that combines the commercial drive of the private sector with the purpose and social value of the public sector. Working within London’s fastest-growing borough, you’ll play a key role in projects that are reshaping communities and creating long-term impact.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven BIM Coordinator to support the Programme Management Office (PMO). This pivotal role will lead on Building Information Management (BIM) and data quality assurance across a complex portfolio of capital projects.

You will ensure that all project information is accurate, consistent, and compliant with both contractual and statutory requirements, enabling stakeholders to assess progress, identify risks, and deliver projects efficiently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of Building Information Management (BIM) within the PMO.
  • Maintain and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE), currently using Viewpoint (subject to change).
  • Develop and oversee Project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset  Information Requirements (AIR).
  • Establish and maintain document naming conventions, workflows, and quality standards.
  • Manage and update BIM implementation plans and compliance trackers.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to colleagues, consultants, and contractors on information management processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the UK BIM Framework, government legislation, and corporate policies.
  • Conduct information audits and oversee procurement and development of new systems where required.
  • Attend senior management and board meetings to present updates on BIM compliance and performance.

About You

You’ll be an organised, analytical, and proactive professional with a strong background in BIM or digital information management within the built environment. You’ll be confident working across multiple stakeholders and managing complex data systems.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Relevant technical qualifications or extensive experience in BIM/information management.
  • Strong understanding of CDE platforms (e.g. Viewpoint, Asite, or similar).
  • Proven experience managing compliance and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent IT, analytical, and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines across a varied project portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience within housing, regeneration, or public-sector infrastructure projects will be advantageous.

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity  to contribute to one of London’s most ambitious regeneration programmes.
  • Collaborative,  forward-thinking, and inclusive working culture.
  • Part-time  flexibility (3 days per week).
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
