About the Practice

Our client is a well-established, design-led architecture studio based in London, specialising in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.

The practice delivers large-scale schemes typically ranging from 100–300 units, with a strong emphasis on technical delivery, design quality and regulatory compliance.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their team with a Project Architect or Senior Architect, offering clear progression to Associate level.

The Role

This opportunity is suited to an Architect confident in technical delivery and project coordination, with experience working on larger-scale residential or mixed-use schemes.

Depending on your level, you will take ownership of projects and play a key role in driving delivery from detailed design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Architect level:
  • Support delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
  • Coordinate consultants and project information
  • Assist in producing technical packages and Revit models
  • Contribute to programme management and delivery
Senior Architect level:
  • Lead projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards (including Gateway 2)
  • Manage project teams, consultants and client relationships
  • Oversee technical delivery, quality and programme
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Progress towards Associate level

Key Requirements

  • Experience in UK residential or mixed-use projects
  • Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 3–4+
  • Revit proficiency (essential)
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and compliance
  • Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills

Additional for Senior Architect:
  • 5+ years post-Part 3 experience
  • Proven experience leading projects and managing teams
  • Strong client-facing capability
  • Experience delivering large-scale schemes (100+ units)

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • Annual team trips and regular socials
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Site visits and design-led study trips
  • Pension scheme
  • Clear progression pathway to Associate level

Why Apply

  • Work on large-scale, technically complex residential projects
  • Join a growing,  design-led studio
  • Opportunity to step into a leadership role with progression
  • Strong pipeline and long-term development opportunities
