The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Architect, Technologist or Technician to join their Residential team, taking projects from Stage 4 onwards into technical delivery. Ideally, you'll bring strong interior detailing experience, developing detailed design work on high-end high-rise residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery on residential projects from Stage 4 onwards
- Develop detailed design, particularly around interiors
- Ensure designs meet current standards and regulations, including Higher Risk Building requirements
- Present confidently to clients and project teams
- Work collaboratively within a wider project team
Key Requirements
- 6+ years' experience as an Architect, Technologist or Technician
- Proven residential experience, ideally high-end residential, from Stage 4 onwards
- Experience developing detailed design for interiors preferred
- Higher Risk Building design experience preferred
- Strong presenter, good communicator and team player
- Sound understanding of current design standards and regulations
- Proficient in Revit, rendering and presentation software
