Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret the requirements and artistic vision effectively.
- Proficiently work with both 2D and 3D designs and produce drawings.
- Use and enhance technical knowledge with the guidance of senior team members to successfully complete projects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in materials used for various applications.
- Actively participate in creative discussions, provide valuable input, and present cohesive creative ideas that align with the design and brand strategy.
- Depending on experience, manage smaller projects and report to the project director or associate.
- Take charge of creating internal and external creative presentations with the senior team members
- Attend client and consultant meetings when needed.
- With guidance from senior team members, actively participate in the creative aspect of presentations and proposals.
- Represent the company by attending industry events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential and or hospitality projects
- Expertise in necessary software applications, including Revit (mandatory), Microstation, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Capability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
- Attentiveness and active listening to understand requirements and feedback.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take independent action with a problem-solver attitude
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
