About the Role
Our client, a respected and award-winning design practice of around 30 people, is seeking a Senior Architect to join their London studio. The practice is known for delivering highly crafted, design-led architecture across private residential, multi-residential, and cultural sectors, hospitality and commercial/mixed use in the UK and internationally.
This is an opportunity for a talented and motivated architect to take on a leading role within a close-knit team, driving the design and technical delivery of a private residential project currently entering RIBA Stages 3–5. The successful candidate will have a track record in the delivery of residential and commercial projects and of varying sizes in UK and internationally, and will work directly with clients, manage consultants, and coordinate through the project.  
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Job-run and coordinate a private residential project with client-facing responsibility
- Oversee design development, tender, and construction packages
- Manage consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
- Ensure quality and technical integrity across all deliverables
- Contribute to broader studio design reviews and mentoring
Key Requirements
- ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ UK post-qualification experience
- Proven experience delivering private or multi-residential projects in the UK. Commercial is a plus
- Strong Revit proficiency; Rhino experience advantageous
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, detailing, and construction
- Excellent client communication and coordination skills
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and confident leading work independently
