We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join a well-established architectural practice. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working and excellent opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage BIM models using Revit.
- Support project teams in implementing BIM processes and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and external consultants.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation in line with industry standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows within the practice.
About You
- Proficient in Revit with demonstrable project experience.
- Solid understanding of BIM processes within architectural or construction environments.
- Familiarity with BS EN ISO 19650 standards (desirable but not essential).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable liaising with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
