The Role
A senior-level opportunity for an ARB-registered Architect to lead projects through delivery, manage teams and act as a key client interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across RIBA Stages 2–6
- Manage consultant coordination and programme delivery
- Act as Lead Designer / Principal Designer (BSA) where required
- Oversee technical compliance and QA processes
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor junior architects and support resource planning
About You
- ARB Registered Architect
- 5+ years’ UK post-Part 3 experience
- Strong project-running and delivery background
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK regulations
- Highly proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
- Confident decision-maker with leadership capability
