About the Practice

Our client is a respected, multi-sector architectural practice delivering technically complex projects across residential, commercial, retail and heritage schemes. The London studio operates within a strong collaborative framework and offers long-term progression for ambitious individuals.

This is a full-time, office-based role for someone who values teamwork, technical quality and leadership responsibility.

The Role

A senior-level opportunity for an ARB-registered Architect to lead projects through delivery, manage teams and act as a key client interface.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects across RIBA Stages 2–6
  • Manage consultant coordination and programme delivery
  • Act as Lead Designer / Principal Designer (BSA) where required
  • Oversee technical compliance and QA processes
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor junior architects and support resource planning

About You

  • ARB  Registered Architect
  • 5+ years’ UK post-Part 3 experience
  • Strong project-running and delivery background
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK regulations
  • Highly proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
  • Confident decision-maker with leadership capability
