The Role
Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join their London studio on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of a major aviation project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong architect with proven aviation experience who enjoys leading teams, coordinating consultants and delivering projects through the technical and construction stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of aviation projects across RIBA Stages 4–5
- Manage project teams and coordinate consultants
- Produce and oversee high-quality technical information
- Lead construction-stage coordination and problem solving
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Key Requirements
- ARB Registered Architect (or RIBA Part 3 qualified)
- Proven aviation project experience
- Strong technical delivery across RIBA Stages 4–5
- Construction-stage experience essential
- Experience leading project teams
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
- Revit proficiency (essential)
- Strong communication, leadership and coordination skills
