The ideal Project Manager for this role would have experience of dealing with large, complex city centre developments.

The requirements & experience

  • Project Management experience / employers representative
  • Experience of working with complex Client stakeholder arrangements.
  • Experience of administering the JCT Contract and ideally other complex legal agreements.
  • Experience of working with Tier One Contractors.

Typical experience and responsibilities

  • Regularly arranging and chairing the necessary meet­ings required to manage the contractual side such as: Progress Meetings, Design Release information meet­ings, Early Warning meetings, Risk Review meetings, Cost Control meetings, IRS Review meetings, Variation Review Meetings and Client Update meetings.
