Key Responsibilities

Planning & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and building surveys, including conservation area schemes

Technical Design
  • Produce detailed construction drawings from RIBA Stage 4 to Stage 5
  • Develop sections, elevations, floor plans, staircase and joinery details
