This opportunity is for Part 2 Assistant Architect with couple of years professional experience working on multiple unit residential schemes.  Even though the practice is very design led, this role starts within stage 3 onwards on the project and requires you to have technical drawing experience shown in your portfolio.

The role:

‍

• To support and assist the Project Architect in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects and services.
• Commitment to undertake further professional training, development and qualifications to advance career within the Architects profession.
• To assist the team to create and update Revit drawings, sections, layouts, elevations, working drawings, construction drawings and detailing; produce reports, specifications and tender documents and carry out contract administration duties and cost control.
• Keep up to date on developments in design, construction, sustainability and legislative aspects of building and design industry

• RIBA Part 2 qualified
• Able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ work experience on relevant projects in the UK
• Proficient in Revit
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

You will be involved on the project from Stage 4 on wards and be joining an established facade team delivering a challenging yet rewarding and unique building. Project to be completed in 2025. You will have experience working on medium to large scale UK Residential projects.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Technician
• Experience working across all RIBA stages especially 3-5
• A portfolio of similar work showing experience on large scale residential projects
• At least 3 years UK experience
• Technically proficient and able to drive packages to conclusion
• Site experience / dealing with sub-contractors
• Reviewing S/C drawings
• Positive attitude
• Revit experience preferable but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and good multi-tasking ability
