The Role

You will act as a senior technical lead within the London studio, responsible for the delivery and coordination of detailed technical information across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery from Stage 3–6

Summary of Role:

The role would be suited best to an experienced, qualified and talented technologist who has experience in the refinement and delivery of complex buildings. You will be joining a growing team and will be given the opportunity to apply your experience and ingenuity to the client’s diverse project portfolio, including sport, community, commercial, residential, and education projects.

We are recruiting across ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS.

Qualities and Skills Required:

  • Ability to work closely with the team members to develop a clear conceptual and delivery-focused design agenda for one or more core projects at all phases of development.
  • Ability to understand and formulate technical solutions and present internally and externally for discussion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external consultants and contractors to deliver high quality buildings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Flexible attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and critical thinking.
  • Quality-driven in all aspects of work – drawings, renders, presentations, construction documentation and site administration.
  • BREEAM / Passive House project delivery experience an asset.
  • Proficiency with Revit and Adobe CC

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to focus on residential and hotel schemes.

We are working with fantastic medium size practice in SE1 who are employee-owned and have track record of building and maintaining long term relationships with world leading clients.

The practice is looking to recruit a talented, architectural technologist with a strong design eye to work on beautiful residential and hotel projects with a focus on high quality bespoke design.  

Project size vary, ranging from small one of properties, pent house apartments to large buildings and mix use schemes.

 Ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 3-5 years UK experience
  • Strong design and technical detailing ability /design and delivery
  • AutoCAD is essential, Revit would be advantageous
  • Familiar with UK Building regulations
  • Have proven portfolio of medium size projects in particular residential or hotel schemes
  • Confident client facing and contractor facing
  • Good communication skills and team player
