Summary of Role:

The London studio is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Architect or Architectural Technologist with experience of delivering medium to large scale commercial and residential projects.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.

REVIT PROFICIENCY IS ESSENTIAL.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years qualified UK experience
  • Excellent technical experience gained on a range of projects, ideally with a value of £5m+
  • A strong track-record of running projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6, ideally within the residential and commercial sectors.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical detailing skill along with an understanding of modern methods of construction.
  • Strong understanding of the current Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance and housing design guidance (space standards, London Design Guide etc).
  • Demonstrate the ability to be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Revit experience is essential
  • General proficiency in the use of NBS (Chorus) Specification software
  • Excellent AutoCAD and IT (Microsoft Office) skills.
